I chose black because it looks more like a regular trainer from a distance. Underneath, it still has the protective midsole and slip-resistant base I wanted for site visits. The cushioning makes standing around during inspections much easier. Weight is nicely balanced rather than heavy at the toe. I can switch from driving to walking without feeling restricted. The shoes are a bit heavy compared to standard sneakers but that is expected with the protective toe cap. The orthopedic footbed provides excellent arch support which has helped with my lower back pain on the warehouse floor. They breathe quite well so my feet do not get overly hot during the day. Overall, a very solid work shoe.
